these are just a few simple tried & tested ways of brightening up someones day, you could make a friend and you never know how much your kindness might impact someone when they need it most, so go on, make someones day :)
+ give your bus driver some sweets/a snack/a drink, they always seem to appreciate this, they stay on the same route for hours driving us around!
+ offer an elderly person, or just anyone who looks like they might need the help a hand by carrying their bags (:
+ if you're not in a rush, let someone in the queue before you

+ hold the door open for someone :)
+ pay for the person behind you in the queues shopping/drink/etc
+ spend time with someone who needs cheering up/or that you haven't seen in a while
+ send your favourite people texts/messages/letters telling them why you love them
